Beverly J. Baker is a principal-level Oracle architect, enterprise implementation leader, and enablement executive with more than 25 years of experience delivering mission-critical Oracle solutions across public sector, higher education, healthcare, and Fortune 500 organizations. She is widely recognized for her ability to architect complex Oracle ecosystems, remediate high-risk implementations, and enable organizations to successfully operate and scale the systems she delivers.
As Founder and CEO of Beverly Baker Consulting, Inc., Beverly leads a boutique Oracle professional services firm providing senior-level advisory, implementation leadership, and advanced technical training. Her work spans Oracle Cloud (HCM, Financials, Payroll, SCM), enterprise analytics (OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, FDI/FAW), middleware and integration, and high-availability database architectures including RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and OCI. She is frequently engaged when organizations require deep Oracle expertise combined with executive judgment and accountability for outcomes.
Beverly has been trusted by organizations including Accenture, PwC, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, the University of California system, Intuit, Northrop Grumman, and major healthcare and utility providers. Her experience includes leading large-scale ERP and analytics implementations, designing enterprise reporting strategies with thousands of production reports, architecting maximum-availability environments for high-volume OLTP systems, and supporting secure, regulated environments within federal and defense agencies.
In addition to her implementation leadership, Beverly is a Certified Senior Oracle Instructor with a distinguished record in enterprise training and enablement. She designs and delivers custom bootcamps, certification-aligned programs, and organization-wide enablement strategies for engineers, DBAs, architects, functional teams, and executive stakeholders. She is known for translating complex Oracle technology into practical, supportable knowledge frameworks and is frequently requested for repeat engagements. Her training programs have achieved consistently high satisfaction ratings, including a 100% Oracle certification pass rate for multiple professional cohorts.
Beverly’s contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including Oracle Consultant of the Year, Oracle Fusion Middleware Innovation Award, induction into the San Diego Business Hall of Fame, and multiple Oracle Education Quality Awards. She has also received a United States Marine Corps Certificate of Commendation for superior performance supporting mission-critical logistics systems.
Beverly holds an AB degree from the University of Chicago and maintains Oracle Certified Professional (DBA) and Oracle Certified Senior Instructor credentials.
